Exercise is very important to maintaining optimal health.  Aerobic exercise for at least 20 minutes, at least three times per week is recommended.

Yoga, Pilates, Tai-Chi and other forms of movement have perfected the art of bringing the body into perfect balance and perfect harmony with mind and spirit.
